El turismo y la hostelería continúan siendo pilares fundamentales de la economía española. En 2024, el país alcanzó un récord histórico con más de 109 millones de turistas, un crecimiento del 5,5 % respecto al año anterior. Sin embargo, este notable éxito económico viene acompañado de retos significativos que afectan directamente a las condiciones laborales de quienes trabajan en el sector.
Guía para no perderse en el Real Decreto 1026/2024 por el que se desarrolla el conjunto planificado de las medidas para la igualdad y no discriminación de las personas LGTBI en las empresas, editada por la Secretaría Confederal de Mujeres, Igualdad y Condiciones de Trabajo de CCOO.
Bajo el lema “El Valor de las Personas. Por un Modelo Laboral Sostenible” CCOO ha presentado una campaña para denunciar el clima laboral que viven las plantillas del sector financiero.
Desde CCOO Servicios queremos reclamar un año más la necesidad imperiosa de garantizar condiciones dignas de trabajo en el sector y queremos llamar la atención especialmente sobre los discursos de algunos hosteleros y sus representantes, acerca de la falta de personas trabajadores en el sector, alguna de ellas lamentables, pero que demuestran la realidad en el anquilosado pensamiento de una parte del empresariado hostelero.
CCOO apuesta por una regulación homogénea sobre horarios comerciales, y por fijar la voluntariedad y compensación del trabajo en Domingos y festivos en todos los convenios
El sindicato ha presentado en rueda de prensa una campaña para denunciar la realidad que viven las plantillas del sector comercial en este periodo de máxima actividad, al tiempo que exigiendo el desbloqueo de los convenios sectoriales sobre la base de incrementos salariales justos y equitativos. La rueda de prensa ha servido también para analizar los resultados de las elecciones en Grandes Almacenes, donde CCOO ha pasado a convertirse en la segunda fuerza, así como el acuerdo alcanzado en Grupo Inditex.
